Controls, Commissioning and Balancing |
| At H.T. Lyons we can design,
install and maintain almost every major control system in the HVAC industry including
Johnson, Honeywell, and Trane among others, plus we have experience in all types
of pneumatic control systems. We are factory trained and the experienced leader
in installing and servicing these controls systems. As with mechanical construction,
our experience includes commercial buildings, science laboratories, factories, schools,
colleges, hospitals, central plants, and pharmaceutical plants.
H.T. Lyons provides new building commissioning from project inception through occupancy and operation. Commissioning a new building helps to ensure that all of your HVAC systems are operating together at the highest levels of efficiency. Retrocommissioning an existing facility identifies and remediates energy savings opportunities. These measures pay for themselves through lower energy costs, reduced maintenance and repair costs, and improved worker productivity. Our commissioning supervisor is a certified professional through the Building Commissioning Authority (www.bcxa.org). Our NEBB-certified (www.nebb.org) test and balance supervisor, along with our other technicians will adjust air and water flows to system design and tests the entire mechanical system to ensure that the system is operating within equipment specifications.
