Nine years ago, sanofi pasteur embarked on a plan to save energy, reduce emissions and lower maintenance costs by centralizing its steam and chilled water production, while preparing for company growth in Swiftwater, Pa. Through two phases of a competitive RFP process, H.T. Lyons was awarded the design-build contract for the 9000-ton chiller plant and 133,000 pounds per hour steam boiler plant. H.T.
