H.T. Lyons Service Division
offers our customers comfort and reliability for all their HVAC needs. We have the
expertise and experience to handle even the most complicated systems. We help our
customers save money by reducing down time and increasing productivity.
We have a full range of service agreements customized to fit your particular operating plan. Our Total Service Umbrella program covers your system for one fixed annual fee. It includes preventative maintenance, service calls, repairs, parts and supplies. This allows you to focus on your core business without the distraction of maintaining your HVAC system. We also have preventative maintenance and block time agreements that can help support your mechanical needs. Included in our service division is the Special Projects Team which consists of fifteen technicians with a wide range of capabilities. This group handles those critical, quick turnaround, multi-trade projects that fall between construction and service. They include retrofits, piping, plumbing, sheet metal and re-commissioning for example. The Special Projects Team is specifically designed to respond to the unique demand of smaller, fast-paced projects. The H.T. Lyons Service Division is committed to deliver to our customers what they expect, quality service, in a timely fashion, at a fair price. |
