New Building Commissioning
From project inception through occupancy and on going operations, our commissioning agents ensure your HVAC systems operate at peak efficiency. Our commissioning supervisor is certified through the Building Commission Association.
Retrocommissioning
If you have comfort complaints, drafts, excessive utility bills, humidity issues, frequent service calls or other HVAC problems, your system may need a tune-up. Retro-commissioning an existing system may identify energy saving opportunities.
Testing and Balancing
Our NEBB-certified test and balance supervisor adjusts air and water flows to the system specifications. We check your mechanical system to ensure proper operation. Comfort complaints are usually fixed by balancing to the correct air and water flow rates.
