Our 75,000 square foot fabrication shop houses the latest technology in sheet metal fabrication equipment. We produce rectangular and spiral duct for HVAC installers, commercial and industrial contractors. Our equipment includes a Lockformer six-foot coil line, dual plasma tables, spiral duct machine and a water jet insulation cutter. We have experience with architectural sheet metal, roof curbs, exhaust hoods, material handling, plenums, equipment frames and supports. Our craftsmen assist with the design and layout of our specialty metal fabrication.

Whenever possible, we fabricate pipe assemblies in our 20,000 square foot shop yielding higher quality than can be produced in the field. We can handle up to 40” pipe and the shop has two, five-ton overhead cranes, an automated plasma cutter, and MIG, TIG and orbital welders.

We hold ASME “U” and “S” stamps plus the National Board “R” stamp allowing us to repair ASME-rated pressure vessels and boilers.

We manufacture equipment skids more efficiently and to a higher quality in our fabrication shop than “stick-built” in the field. Heat exchangers, pumps, air compressors, condensers, vacuum equipment and process systems have all been manufactured on a skid with a supporting frame, interconnecting piping and electrical power and controls for an easier and more timely installation.
